Labor and parts are quoted by the pro at your door before any work starts. Sending the pro costs $40, and that fee is credited against the final bill. If you decline the work after the diagnosis, the visit total is $95 including the fee. There is no charge to request.

Who comes out for home inspector in your area?

One home inspection with a verified identity and a license checked against the rule for your state on the day of the visit. You see the license number, the issuing board and the date it was verified before anyone is dispatched. Licensed home inspectors, checked for your state.

How soon can someone come?

When you request, you pick today, this week, or a later date, and a morning, midday or evening window. The pro confirms the window before the visit, and you can track the booking from request to invoice.

What if no pro covers your area yet?

You join the waitlist for your area at no charge. We tell you the moment a verified home inspection is active there, and nothing is ever charged for a place we do not serve.

Is home inspector the right service, or do I need something else?
