One pro. One fee. It comes off the bill.

No memberships for you and no lead fees for the pro. You pay a disclosed dispatch fee when a verified pro is sent, and that fee is credited on the pro's invoice.

Step 2

A pro is matched and checked

The license for that trade in your state is verified on the day, not just at sign-up.

Step 3

They show up, you pay the balance

The dispatch fee is credited on the invoice. Your total is the job total, nothing more.

The dispatch fee

You pay it once. The pro credits it back.

The fee is fixed per trade and shown before you book. It is charged only when your pro is released to travel, and it is credited line by line on the invoice. It is never added back as a surcharge.

What we check

The license for that trade, in that place, on that day.

A pro is eligible for one specific job: this trade, this address, this date, with these people. The business license, the qualifying individual, the workers sent, insurance and coverage area are each checked against the rule for your state. If any check cannot be confirmed, nobody is sent.

When things go wrong

Every case has a rule, written down.

  • No pro accepts: the hold is released, nothing is charged.
  • You cancel before dispatch: the hold is released, and any accidental charge is refunded.
  • Diagnosis done, repair declined: you pay only the visit total you agreed to.
  • Your pro never arrives: the fee comes back in full.
  • Wrong trade or address sent: refunded, and a corrected booking offered.
  • Job cost less than the fee: the difference is returned. The credit never exceeds the bill.
