The customer pays the dispatch fee when you are sent, and you credit it on the invoice. That credit is the network's whole fee.
Verified means verified.
Your license, qualifier, workers and insurance are checked with the issuer for the trades and places you choose. Customers see exactly what was checked and when.
Failed trips are paid, not shrugged off.
If a customer is not there after a confirmed dispatch, you are compensated for the trip under a written policy with a stated amount, funded from the retained fee and the network reserve. No pro eats a dead run because of a platform error.
