What a visit costs
$60 to send your pro. It comes off the bill.
You pay $60 when your pro is sent, and that amount is credited on the pro's invoice. If you decline repairs after the diagnosis, the visit total is $150 including the fee.
The show-up promise
No pro, no fee.
If nobody accepts, nothing is charged. If your pro does not arrive, the fee comes back in full. Cancel before dispatch and the hold is released.
